Just to confirm the EGM date was set tonight as Wed 3rd July 2013.
This will be notified in the paper this week and posted on the club website.
The EGM is to allow the accounts to be reported and also for the matters arising from
the AGM with regard to membership categories and Mini Micro convenor to be appointed to ExCo.
All motions are to be with the Secretary no later than 14 days prior to the meeting.
And by my reckoning this is Weds 19th june
