To All U16 and U18 Players
Our local Rugby Development Officers are looking at how best to retain players at U18 level in order to maintain the momentum of increasing players through to the senior game.
The issues being considered include club facilities, coaching, player enjoyment and barriers stopping players continuing to play.
The survey is written for U16 and U18 players to understand their thoughts on the current situation, and also help improve things so we can produce as thriving an U18 game as possible.
