| Special Notes | - Clubs are entitled to purchase up to 3 Ireland tickets and 3 Wales tickets for every 1 Italy ticket purchased
- Clubs will be entitled to purchase England 2012 tickets up to an amount equal to the average purchases of Ireland and Wales
tickets. For example, a club purchasing 30 Ireland and 20 Wales tickets, will be entitled to purchase 25 England tickets - England 2012 ticket categories will reflect as far as possible the ticket categories purchased for Ireland and Wales 2011
