The official date for this event is the weekend of 10th / 11th August but due to a number of issues we had to decide to hold ours on Saturday 17th August .
Apologies for the late notification but we plan to do a tidy up, clean down day next Saturday (17th August) from 10am until we finish in the clubhouse. This will get it ready for the year ahead.
We need as many volunteers as we can to make this an enjoyable and quick job. Can you please let me know if you can make it. If you can only do a couple of hours that will be appreciated.
