| MORAY FESTIVAL - 29TH APRIL - HELP REQUIRED! |

Our home Festival (29th April 2012) fast approaches and we are going to need all sorts of help in all sorts of areas in order to make the day a success.
Below is a list of areas where we are looking for volunteers:
Catering - Players lunchesAll food/drink contributions gratefully received but this will need co-ordinating.
If you can contribute in any way or are willing to help on the day then please get in touch.Catering - Supporters/BBQ?The running of some form of Tea/Coffee/Bacon rolls/Burgers/BBQ? facility for supporters and parents is a good fundraising opportunity.
Volunteers urgently required to organise and run such a facility; get in touch if you can help.Tent Erectors/Dismantlers.Are you able to help erect tents for an hour in the morning pre festival and help take them down for an hour post the festival.
If so, then please get in touch.Fund Raising Stall.The festival is a great opportunity to raise funds for the Minis/Micros section; We need volunteers to organise and run some sort of fund raising stall (bottle stall/tombola) on the day. Get in touch now if you are willing to help.

Also, If you have access to, own or can manage to get hold of any of the following then please let us know....it would be greatly appreciated:
- An Air-horn
- A Megaphone
- Portable signs (x 8 or so)
- Plastic/Metal Dustbins (as many as possible)
